⚠️ FRAUD ALERT – Town of Raymond, Maine ⚠️ It has come to our attention that residents and property owners are receiving FAKE invoices falsely claiming to be from the Raymond Planning Board (or Commission) and Zoning Board of Appeals.

These invoice look official but are NOT legitimate. The Town of Raymond does NOT authorize them.

✅ All legitimate billing for the Planning Board and ZBA is handled exclusively by our Planning and Zoning Board Administrator.

Official invoices will always:
• Reference your specific application number
• Be payable by check to the Town of Raymond - never a wire transfer
• Come directly from the Planning and Zoning Board Administrator

🚫 DO NOT pay any invoice you cannot verify
🚫 DO NOT share financial information with unsolicited callers
